Dear All
We recently migrated a client from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010. After migration we found about 1500 public folder with invalid names. Powershell helped to clean most of this up, but we are still stuc with abount 64 folders that have a trailing whitespace at the end of the CN. Not one of the properties of the object.
We tried changing the name, alias etc. but it all says that there is not trailing whitespace in there. When opening adsiedit I can see the trailing space on the CN, but not in the properties. AdsiEdit doesnot allow me to change this CN as it tells me it is in use by the system.
Currently only the public folders address list gives some errors but I would realy like to clean this up. Is there any way to change this CN in a safe way?
Kind regards,
Marco
