Hi all,
We have an exisiting Exchange 2007 installed in a single Domain, a single site and a single forest. Now, we want to upgrade to Exchange 2010 and I have read the Technet article as following:
"If you run the Exchange 2010 Setup wizard with an account that has the permissions required (Schema Admins, Domain Admins, and Enterprise Admins) to prepare Active Directory and the domain, the wizard will automatically prepare Active Directory and the domain."
My question is I don't need to run setup /prepareSchema, /prepareAD, /prepareDomain commands anymore if the account that running the setup wizard has Schema Admins, Domain Admins and Ent Admins privileges, please advise.
If I have to run the /prepare* command and do I need to specify the same organization name as Ex2007 site when running /prepareAD or can I ignore the OrganizationName parameter? please advise
