I have a user that has been receiving hundreds of “undeliverable” bounce back messages a day. I contacted our 3<sup>rd</sup> party spam/av filter service to have them block the messages. They applied a block on the users account for NDR messages, but the user continues to receive them. The sender’s display name is “Microsoft Outlook” the email address is MicrosoftExchange329e71ec….@”ourdomain”.com. Are these bounce back messages being generated by our exchange server or is this a fake address? How do I find out?
