Outlook 2007 v Outlook 2010

Hi,

We are migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. We have Outlook 2007 on the desktop with all recent updates applied. However we are looking for a business reason to upgrade to Outlook 2010.

What benefits do we have upgrading i.e. regards usability, performance ( this is a big one) etc.
