Computers within the network using Exchange 2010 to send spam mails

I've been monitoring our edge server and have noticed several emails that are queued in exchange 2010 with the following information:

Identity: EDGE-SERVER\184887\329291
Subject: Undeliverable: Company Representative Needed
Internet Message ID: <aab2866e-91fd-4b48-b119-2ef96f0a2d92@my_company.com>
From Address: <>
Status: Ready
Size (KB): 11
Message Source Name: SMTP:Default internal receive connector EDGE-SERVER
Source IP: xx.xx.xx.xx
SCL: -1
Date Received: 12/4/2012 4:54:53 PM
Expiration Time: 12/6/2012 4:54:53 PM
Last Error: 400 4.4.7 Message delayed
Queue ID: EDGE-SERVER\184887
Recipients:  apache@linux-green.nanuminet.com

I cannot trace where these emails came from. Are these potential spam mails within our internal network? If they are, how can i trace the source or prevent these from queuing in our exchange servers?

I hope you can help me guys. Thanks a lot!

Rommel
