Block Internal Users from replying to an email

Exchange 2010 - sp1

I would like to block or redirect all replies to a specific email address.

We have a ticketing system that sends a confirm email once received. Unfortunately,when a user replies to the confirm it generates another ticket - We need to somehow block all replies to this address or at leasrt redirect the reply or forward to another address. Outlook lets you set this for a single email but we need this set for All emails.
