Outlook 2007 configuration error when connecting to Exchange 2010

Hi,

We have customer using outlook 2007 encounter error message : "The action cannot be completed. The bookmark is not valid"

We have gone through some technet post, some of the user can resolved the issue by rebooting the GC or edit the registry key, however the server was on production, it will effected all the users. Is there anyone can resolve the issue without reboot the GC or change registry key setting?

FYI, we can configure the same login credential using outlook 2010.
