Hi Everyone,
I'm having a challenge with a users mailbox when activating active sync, when i try my account on his iPad it works but when i set his account it goes through but doesn't pull mails giving an error "Cannot Get Mail, The connection to the server failed". i have verified the settings,ensured active sync is enabled on the user properties.
What could be causing this? Is there a way of checking mailbox for errors?
I'm running exchange 2010 SP2 on server 2008 R2. I've published active sync using TMG 2010.
