Public folder content replication issues

Hi,

I have recently added a replica to the public folders using the Exchange 2010 Powershell scriptAddReplicaToPFRecursive.ps1. This completed successfully, and I checked through the public folders to ensure that the new Exchange 2010 server had been added as a replica and confirmed it had.  I also added the new server to the system public folders.

However, the problem I am having is that none of the content is replicating to the new server, the database is mounted.  Using Get-PublicFolderStatistics I can see however that some folders have items in them whereas the majority do not and have a value of 0.  The replication interval set on the public folders is configured to "Always Run".

I have increased the logging level on the public folders and can see incoming and outgoing replication messages, but most of these appear to be for the FREE/BUSY information rather than the actual public folders. I can also see the following error repeated;

Error -2147221233 reading property 0x67010003 on object type tbtReplication from database "UK-PFDB4".

The total size of the public folder is only around 10Gb, and this replica is a local replica so it does not need to go across any WAN links.  I would expect it to have fully replicated within 24 hours?  Looking at the physical file and log directory for the new PF database they total up about 2.8Gb so certainly some data is being replicated?

Can anyone offer any assistance as to things I may be able to check or look out for? I cant seem to figure out why the content isnt replicating
