Make emails appear in more than one Sent Items folder in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Hi,

A user Ben would like to be able to send messages from the Operations mailbox and have the message appear both in his Sent Items folder and in the Sent Items folder of the Operations mailbox.

He can send out messages by selecting operations@company.com using the From field in Outlook, however the message ends up in his Sent Items rather than in the Sent Items for operations.

We are using Exchange 2010 (pre SP1) and Outlook 2010 on the client.

Any help much appreciated!
