We have one financial software requires ODBC connection to logon. Recently, we cannot login with the error message saying "Unable to connect to middle server, please contact your system administrator". After trouble shooting, we have found
ODBC connection doesn't connect automatically and we need to confirm the connection established sucessfully through System DSN tab of ODBC Data Source Administrator by clicking the "Test Data Source" button. Once it said "TESTS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY!",
then we can login. Any clue so that we can fix this without going into ODBC connection manually? Please help!
