Dear Folks,
I have been trying to fix my BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5 issue for activating BlackBerry Handheld devices, currently on my blackberry server the previoius activated handheld devices are working, but when I'm going to activate the new HandHeld devices on
black Berry Server it gives error that BlackBerry Service Acccount (BESAdmin) can not open the MAPI session / Exchange Mail Store.
YES, i have tried alot to through it to BlackBerry Team, but now since their logs are showing that BESADMIN is not able to create a MAPI session with Exchange so I have to fix it from my side.
Since its very critical, please help me to fix this problem ASAP.
