We recently implemented a load balancer and CAS array into our existing Exchange 2010 SP2 environment, but had to roll back due to the name of the CAS Array not being in the SSL imported from the existing internet-facing CAS.
So far all internal Outlook clients are working again (changing the IP of the CAS array in DNS to one of the CAS servers was the only way to get things working again), testexchangeconnectivity.com tests green, OWA, and EAS work perfectly. However, Outlook times out when trying to connect externally. Using Test email autoconfiguration shows Outlook timing out on the following:
https://myserver.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml FAILED (0x800C8203)
The problem is, again, testexchangeconnectivity.com doesn't return this error, and a repair of the Outlook profile will not work.
Any suggestions?
