We have external Person A who continuously sends emails to multiple staff members that are not involved in his discrepancy. He has sent many emails over the last year. I would like to setup a rule on Exchange 2010 to only allow Person A's emails to be
delivered to internal Person X, Y, and Z only; the other addresses I would just like the server to drop them. We are using a Barracuda Spam filter, but the only way I could make this work is add Person A's email address into each person's (who is not X, Y,
or Z) block list. Is this possible to do inside Exchange?
