Cannot edit signature in OWA in Chrome

I have just recently deployed Exchange 2010.

The signature portion inside OWA is grayed out and unavailable for editing.

I ran into this article : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2695022

which describe this issue as a known problem and apparently the resolution is to install Rollup v4 for exchange 2010.

I have rollup 7-v2 and Rollup 8 installed already (which great difficulty by the way). One would think they should capture all the previous fixes?

Any ideas?

PS Editing signature in IE or Firefox works. However, there is a size limit. That can be bypassed using Chrome.
