OWA 2010 Contacts

Hi guys

I have a minor problem. In owa 2010,as you can see in below snapshot, GAL is missing! Eventhough I can reach all my contacts in other places like "find someone" or "Address Book" my users mostly use contacts tab.

I think my page must be something like this
