I am in the process of configuring a new DAG in Exchange 2010. I'm having consistent issues trying to add database copies. When I run add-mailboxdatabasecopy, it appears to complete successfully. However when I run get-mailboxdatabasecopystatus
immediately afterwards, it shows as "FailedAndSuspended". I have attempted to reseed the database (after suspending copying) and now it shows "Resynchronizing", The same thing has happened on all three databases that I have tried
so far. All are showing a copy queue length of between 4950 and 5000 and they have been sitting at those numbers (or rising) for about 30 minutes now. Content index state indicates a healthy status. We're still in testing and development.
There is nothing in these databases and no one is connecting to them yet.
Both mailbox servers are in the same AD site and on the same subnet, as is the DAG IP. I originally had a dedicated network configured for replication. When I tried to create additional copies with that configured, I received errors about missing log files.
