I just followed an article to setup a Room Distribution Group, then add 3 meeting rooms to that distribution group.
On my Outlook 2010 when I try to schedule a meetings, under Room Finder I see 2 duplicate names neither of which populate any meeting rooms inside. When I select either of them, they populate with "None".
I checked on 2 different computers with Outlook 2010 and both of those have everything right: one distribution group and populate meeting rooms properly.
What could be the issue? I am sure I'll find this very same issue on couple other Outlooks and was wondering why this happens.
