Outlook - Downloading OAB take a long time

Hi,

I have 2 CAS and 2 mailbox servers (DAG). My problem is when client (Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2010) perform Send/Recieve , Outlook take about 10 minutes to download OAB (about 600 Ko)

Is there any solution for that ?
