Is it possible to shared an Equipment calender, and have the ability to create appointments through the calender (Not through email) under the users name.
When I give out author and editor permissions I'm basically wanting some users to be able to create and delete their own appointments. Then the authors will be able to create and delete any users appointments.
My problem is, when I create an appointment it is under the calendars name. I do notice that when I delete the appointment, as a editor, it pops back on the calendar eventually. I would like it to error out saying that you cannot delete this appointment, like when you only have read permissions. I'm able to create conflicting appointments when that appointment is "deleted".
Basically i'm trying to schedule server access for a group of engineers, and I know that they will not want to use the email method to create appointments. Especially when they will be looking at the calender to check for availability.
