After migrating a mailbox from Exchange 2003 to 2010 the user is unable to add additional attendees to reoccurring meeting requests that existed prior to migrations. When trying to add attendees, the user receives an NDR from the Exchange
server saying that the user is not able to send-on-behalf of the new attendees. However the user is not making any attempt to send-on-behalf only choosing to add attendees.
We can duplicate the results with other migrated meetings, however we can not duplicate this on new meeting requests. I also tried disconnecting the mailbox and reconnecting it to the user account, however this didn't resolve the issue. I've never seen this before and I've done thousands of migrations of mailboxes. Does anyone have any ideas?
