always auto invite/add a user or asset to all meetings for a room?

We have a dedicated building/team that does nothing but host meetings/training. We are looking for a streamlined way to have a master web calendar that has a consolidated list of all of the room activities for the building so that we can expose as a web published calendar. Right now we have three separate room calendars, so you have to check three different calendars to get the full picture of what is going on.

Is there a way to "link" an asset to a room? In other words, if somebody books a room an asset will automatically be added behind the scenes?

My logic was to create an asset mailbox with appropriate double booking settings to allow it to have overlapping appointments that we can then share out that asset calendar. Since that asset is in all meetings that occur in that building, it becomes a building-wide schedule.

My other thought was to have the person responsible for the scheduling have full control over an asset mailbox and have all appointments created as that asset instead of a room. (as a delegate)

Or is there a better way? And this needs to utilize a web front end, so obvious suggestions of adding all of those meeting rooms to a group in outlook and overlaying them is not an option. (we will have outsiders exposed to the web calendar as well)
