Hi,
We have a 3rd party company that sends emails on our behalf to customers on our mailing list. We require that any incorrect addresses are removed from this address and to monitor this we receive the bouncebacks.
This has been working fine for a long time but now we have stopped receiving bouncebacks. Here is the trace when they send the email to
thisisatest9324388890@hotmail.comemailsent from>, relay=mail.ourdomain[our IP], delay=6, status=bounced (host mail.ourdomain[212.250.240.13] said: 550 5.7.1 Request action not taken: message refused (in reply to end of DATA command))

I'm not sure what this suggests. Does this suggest it was rejected by our internal mail server or our firewall or even something before that? Any ideas how we can stop it.MCP,MCSA,MCSE,MCTS,MCITP Enterprise Administrator,Citrix Certified Administrator
