Cannot sign in to publish a calendar

Hi everyone,

I am trying to publish a calendar through Outlook 2010. We are using Microsoft Exchange with a 3rd party email server. When i click to publish it tells me to sign in. I try to sign in and I get a white screen. (the popup for signing in turns white). That or it tells me sorry cannot sign in. I can sign in through all other Microsoft accounts using Google Chrome with no problems.

The reason I am trying to get this to work is that I need an online calendar that updates itself and can be updated through Outlook.
