Issue : Trying to restore single mail using Symantec BE 2012 showing error,
We contacted symanctec , they run a EWS tool and found the below error.

Message: The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

We are usinga third party certificate and which include the all the dns name except the CAS - CAS NLB name . But symantec is used GRT restore through NLB cas CAS name .
Does this is related to certificate
