We have a number of 'rooms' setup in Exchange 2010 where the resource booking attendant is turned off and a delegate is assigned to receive meeting requests for approval of resource booking. (Box is checked Forward meeting requests to delegates). I got a call from a delegate who stated that some users are trying to book the room, but, they are marking the meeting as 'private' and the Delegate is never getting the email to approve the room. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to change this? I would like the Delegate to get all meeting requests including private ones. I know in exchange 2k3 you could login to the mailbox and set this attribute, but, since 2K10 disables the user account associated with the 'room' I wasn't sure if/how this can be done.
