Move Exchange 2010 AD integrated to new server without AD

Hi,

I have the following configuration:

server 1: Domain Controller and Exchange
server 2: Domain Controller
server 3: New Exchange server
I need to move mailboxes and exchange roles to the new exchange server and remove server 1 from the picture or to keep just the AD . I can't find tutorials for removing exchange AD integrated..
