Max Limit (10) on EAS Devices Reached but Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics Only Sees 3

Hi All,

I'm running into an issue where a user is getting the Maximum EAS Devices Has Been Reached Message. Our policy is currently set to 10 devices. I ran a Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics and only 3 devices appear for this user.

Any ideas??
