Unable to send external mail on 2nd domain

I've added a second Accepted Domain to our Exchange server.  I'm able to receive mail from it, but I can't send external mail.

I've configured the necessary DNS settings accordingly.  

If I have mail.company.com as my primary, and mail.companytwo.com as my second, do I need to configure the second domain, or specify is somewhere else in Exchange?
