Move Mailbox from Exchange 2007 to 2010 Error

We recently setup a Exchange 2010 server is a mixed 2003/2007 environment.  Exchange 2003 and 2010 are in one site while 2007 is at a remote side, but same AD domain.

We've been able to move some test mailboxes from 2003/2007 to 2010 with no issues.  When attempting to move my mailbox from 2007 I received the following error:

Error #1:
Active Directory operation failed on xx.local. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation.
Active directory response: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150A48, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0
The user has insufficient access rights.

This was because my mailbox did not have inheritable permissions enabled on AD account, once enabled was able to proceed with move request.

Error #2:
While moving mailbox this timed out in one minute-

The call to 'net.tcp://server.domain.local/Microsoft.Exchange.MailboxReplicationService xx.local (14.2.297.0 caps:07)' timed out. Error details: This request operation sent to net.tcp://server.domain.local/Microsoft.Exchange.MailboxReplicationService did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:01:00). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.

I researched this error and most articles point to a proxy issue but in our case since we are on same domain it doesn't apply.  I was also able to move another mailbox this morning from Exchange 2007-2010 with no issues.  I have a feeling it has to do with mailbox size since all the test mailboxes we've moved have been small.  It's also possible that the permissions I set on my user account needed time to replicate.

Any ideas?
