Exchange 2007 to 2010 Mailbox Move Outlook repoint

Hi,

Setup a new Exchange 2010 server in mixed mode (2003/2007).  When moving mailboxes from 2007 to 2010 Outlook does not reconfigure itself and I'm left with adjusting the Outlook profiles manually to point to new Exchange 2010.  Since they are in cached mode this is a hassle since I first need to disable cached mode then change server name, the re-enable cached mode.

Moving Exchange 2003 to 2010 repoints Outlook automatically.

Any ideas how I can have Exchange 2007 mailboxes automatically adjust themselves to 2010?
