I have exchange rolled out for a small site of 10 users. All is running well, one mailbox in particular is reaching it's capacity of 50GB within 3 days. The client is in the advertising business and send large pics/ vids VIA mail up and down.
Is there anything I can do to maintain a "smaller" size mailbox on her PC? I have implemented mailbox quotas and auto archiving, but it doesn't seem to aid the situation.
Could it be T-logs that fills the box so quickly?
