New PowerSehll commands in 2010 SP3?

It bothers me that Microsoft would add PowerShell commands and not indicate what they are granting access to.

I'm referring to these:

Set-AuthRedirect
Remove-AuthRedirect
New-AuthRedirect
Get-AuthRedirect

Does anyone know what they do?  Even the get-help command has no information on them.
