Hi everyone!
I've setup multiple Exchange 2010 servers in my short career already, but this one is really killing me. I'm doing a large scale project for a customer of ours, and one of the tasks is installing a new Exchange 2010 server with a new domain. The installation and setup went well and we can send mail internal and to the internet fine (for example, from our internal (at)groeplitp.be mail to Gmail-addresses), but people outside the organization always get a mailer daemon with a failure notice.
For example: when I use my Hotmail address to send an e-mail to my (at)groeplitp.be mailaddress, I get the following mailer daemon.
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at s2.primusbelgium.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<username(at)groeplitp.be>:
This address no longer accepts mail.
But when you immediately try to send your mail again, it gets through! I've been looking and searching for a whole week now, but I can't seem to find something that can cause this issue. Maybe I'm looking over something? I also did the Internet E-Mail Tests at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ and everything is checked green, so no problem there.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
