Calendar meetings are always connected to current time

 Hello!

 So the problem is that for one domain user ALL meetings scheduled via Public Folder (Calendar) are always bount with current time. I meant, the person wants to appoint a meeting on Friday, 4 p.m till 5 p.m, but it is Wednesday today, 12:48 pm. at moment, and the meeting is created from Wednesday 13:00 till Friday 5 p.m. (i doubt he wants to meet for 2 days with his colleagues, anyway). This problem occurs only with PUBLIC Calendars, not Local (Private). 

 So, any suggestions for this case are very appreciated.
