I am doing a mult-mailbox search within the ECP in Exchange 2010. I have added myself to the Discovery Management Role group. The search works and finds results. When I try to open the mailbox in OWA through the link, I receive: You don't have permission to open this mailbox. If I try to open the mailbox as a secondary mailbox within Outlook 2010, I recieve: Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. If I try to open the mailbox by opening another mailbox within OWA, it does not resolve the mailbox name.
My understanding is that I don't need to delegate permissions directly on the mailbox but that putting myself in the Discovery Management role group should do the trick.
Any ideas?
