OWA advice please

Hi, recently all clients on our SBS network are having problems with automatic replys, after reading a lot of posts related to this, i noticed people say Automatic replies are working in OWA.  I wanted to try this, as a lot of users already have auto replys switched on and need  to switch off.

I have never used OWA before and when i try to log in via www.outlook.com/owa/domainname.local  i enter the users email address and windows logon password. Then  get the error 'The user ID or password is incorrect. Please try again'

I figure something may need setting up on the exchange, but i am not sure what or where to start.

Please can somebody help or point me to an article.

Apologies in advance for my lack of knowledge.

Server: SBS 2011 standard, Exchange 2010 SP1

Clients: Windows7 SP1. IE9. Outlook 2010

Kind regards
