Often we get meeting requests from outside vendors and the inside recipient wants to reserve a meeting room for the event. The internal recipient then forwards the invitation to the Room Resource they want, however the room doesn't AutoAccept the reservation. It sits in as tenative and allows other people to book the same time-slot. How can we set up the room to automatically proccess these requests? We are running Exchange 2010 SP2 RU2 and Outlook 2010 on all of the clients. Also I'm including an output of how the room resource is setup.
