Upgrade to MS Exchange 2010 SP3 failed on Client Access Role

We try to upgrade a mail server to MS Exchange 2010 SP3.

Unfortunately, it fails when processing the Client Access Role with this error:

Error:

The server is a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit.

The Exchange Server was 14.02.0342.003 before the attempt.

Only one domain.

Only one server with all roles installed

• Mailbox Server role
• Client Access Server role
• Hub Transport Server role
• Edge Transport Server role
• Unified Messaging Server role

Any idea ?
