2003-2010 Coexistence Digital Sending PAB attachment issue

All,

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum for this question, but it all started after moving to an Exchange 2003 - 2010 coexistence phase, HP technicians could not figure it out, and it's hard to find something that stumps you all. :)

We are now mostly over onto the 2010 environment (all remaining user mailboxes were moved to 2010 over the weekend).  It is a HA environment with two active CAS/HUB and two active MBX servers at Location1 two passive of each at Location2.  Kemp hardware load balancer HA pair at Location1 pointing RPC, SMTP, and 443 where to go.  Everything works correctly now EXCEPT users cannot attach to their Personal Address Book to lookup email address from our Digital Senders like they used to.

We use HP MFP Digital Sending Software 4.25.30 (upgraded to support 2010) with about a dozen different MFPs and digital senders throughout multiple sites (one forest, one domain). Users log in to each device and the DSS software uses LDAP to pull down the GAL to the local device and is SUPPOSED to, and used to, pull down the users' PAB as well.  As stated above, an HP technician has remoted in and looked at the setup and could not find any incorrect settings, so that is why I think it might be an Exchange setup issue.

There is no error or warning from the MFP interface, but inside of the DSS software I get the following pop-up when testing user authentication:

"Authentication and email look-up was successful.  Found email address:

User Name {user@domain.com}

WARNING:

A MAPI logon session required by the personal address book server to access Outlook Contacts could not be established with the mailbox server 'activembxserver01fqdn'. Outlook Contacts will not be available at the mfp for user 'username'."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
