Exchange Critical Error Could Not Load Type when performing a local mailbox move

I am currently on exchange 2010 version 14.02.0247.005

the issue is that when i do a local mailbox move from one DB to another DB the mailbox appears to move correctly but a few seconds after the move completes. i get this error
