display name truncate after @

Hi,

We are facing display name problem when mail sent to exchange 2010 mailboxes or hotmail e-mail id

Problen discription

Mail sent from: Orcle database mailer (oracle verion is 11G)

from mail id : alert@domain.com   (for example)

Mail sent to hotmail id and exchange 2010 ID -- shows  sender display name like this alert@ (in this domain name is truncated from @ )

similar way it shows the recipint display name also like mail sent to manish.rai@domainname.com it shows manish.rai@

and the same mail goes to yahoo and gmail and other domain which are not on exchange 2010 it shows proper display name.

Please help me to resolve the display name issues

Mail Flow Architecture

Oracle emailer mail is configured SMTP of iron port box--Iron port forward the mail to exchange 2010 server if the mail is for internal domain and for internet ID it directly send to respective domain.

Note: we had logged the call with irpon port and found there is no problem with that.
