Long time to load attachments

Colleagues salute you.
Suggest a time not long ago started a problem on our mail server Exchange 2010. Georgia's debt investments and internal network from outside.
We have two servers with a "client access." One of the node freezes and refuses to put an attachment or a very long time to invest.
