Exchange 2010 Public Folder Issue with Outlook 2013

Hello, bit of a story to this one. We're in the middle of an Exch 2003 to 2010 migration and have rehomed the public folders to both of the new 2010 servers (server1 & server2)and they appear to be replicating. One 2003 box is shut down, the other is up but empty of mailboxes and PF.

My admin colleagues are testing Outlook 2013, those on Server1 can view public folders and organisational forms as expected, those on Server2 can't get view either. When clicking PF an error message says "the administrator has block access for this version of the client". Outlook 2010 works fine.

I've ran get-rpcclientaccess for both servers and nothing is blocked

I'm worried Server2 had a problem, when I created the PF Database I received an error message (can't remember exactly something unable to create mailbox) but the MS guide I followed said go back and address, when I retried after making no changes it worked (seems to happen with shell commands).

Any advice on where to troubleshoot next? I read that re-mounting the PF DB with the issue could sort it out, could this backfire?

EDIT: I've released that the Default Public Folder Locatio for Server2 is pointing to a 2003 box. Should the 2010 serers have the default location as themselves?
