mailbox size question on Exchange 2010

Hello,

i would like to migrate my EX2007 mailbox store to the new Exchange

At the moment EX2007 machines have 32GB RAM (and the same will be on the new EX2010)

the current db is 90GB (2 big mailboxes of about 35GB and smaller ones for a total of 80 mailboxes). the db space is taken by the 2 big ones mostly.

Is the new Ex2010 RAM (32GB) suitable ?
