Hello
We've been having a few issues with a resource mailbox used for a shared public calendar for an organisation. They have asked for it to be set up with 1 person having full permissions and all other people just being able to modify there own entries.
We are having problems with the general users being able to modify there entries. We've set them as Author permissions, so they should be able to edit there own entries. This works fine initially but after a while the entries are taken control of by the resource mailbox itself and at this point the users can't delete or modify them as the calendar doesn't believe it is there own entry.
We are presently getting round this with more elevated permissions, Editor permissions work fine but then allow users to modify and delete all entries.
We've tried the fixes in KB202517 to no effect. We've tried SHIFT-DEL the entry to test deleting, this doesn't make a difference, still can't delete and it's the same issue in both Outlook and OWA.
Has anyone seen this before and know how to leave the permissions as we want them to be?
