Separate attachment from email

Hi all,

We have Exchange 2010 SP1 in our environment with Mailbox,CAS & Edge roles installed. Whenever a user receives a mail with an attachment ; we want to detach the attachment and drop it on another folder.Does Exchange has any feature like this which helps to remove the attachment ?
