UM play on phone not working

Hi All,

Running Exchange 2010 SP2 on Server 2008 R2 SP1

So I have Unified Messaging installed and working great. I noticed the other day in OWA under phone you have the option to “call me to play or record the selected greeting..” when I click on this a window appears asking for a phone number to call, when I put in a 4 digit extension nothing happens, when I put in any number greater than 4 digits I get the following error message:

The number cannot be dialed because it does not comply with the policy of your organization.

Then in outlook when I go to listen to a voicemail, in the top right hand corner, there is a button called “play on phone”, when I click this and enter in a digit extension the box just disappears after a few seconds, when I enter in a longer number I get the following error:

Contact with the server has temporarily failed, please try again later.

Our PBX is a Mitel 3300.

Any ideas?
