Outlook Anywhere doesnt connect - Exch 2010

$

We have a single exchange 2010 server running on server 2008.

Outlook Anywhere has stopped working for all remote computer users. It just gets stuck Trying to Connect.
Mobile phones are unaffected and continue to work.

OWA is protected with a GoDaddy SSL cert for the root domain company.com
The OWA url is mail.company.co.uk

Other points/things tried:

  • Firewall is configured to allow 443 to the mail server.
  • We have public DNS pointing mail.company.co.uk to our mail server
  • We have also created an SRV record to route though
  • Test-OutlookWebServices completes with no failures
  • Temp disabled AV and Spam Protection - makes no odds
  • Checked default Virtual Directory permissions and matched
  • Reset the EWS, and Autodiscover virtual directories from EMC

Running the Exchange Connectivity Test for both Autodiscover and RCP/HTTP fails with the same error
