Running Exchange 2010, SP1 on Server 2008R2. We did not migrate from a previous version of Exchange. System has been in place for approximately 3 years.
Just noticed that there is a typo in the WebServicesDirectory External URL for one of our client servers. Based on this link, I have some questions:
1. Should this be corrected by performing Remove-WebServicesDirectory on the URL with the typo, and then "re-create" using New-WebServicesDirectory?
2. Are there syncronization issues I have to be aware of, i.e., can this change be made at any time, or wait until off hours?
3. Where do I confirm if the IIS services, AD, are in sync after I make the change?
4. Where is the Exchange Web Services web.config file located to confirm it is in sync?
Thank you in advance.
